Leanmote only reads metadata from your productivity tools — such as task names, statuses, timestamps, and user assignments. We do not access the content of messages or files. Below is a summary of how frequently we update data from each integration, along with links to each integration’s setup documentation.

GitHub	Every 15 minutes
BitBucket	Every 15 minutes
GitLab	Every 15 minutes
Jira	Every 1 minute
Slack	Every 1 minute
Discord	Every 5 minutes
Notion	– Real-time for status changes (via webhook) – Every 6 hours for other updates (e.g. owner or name changes, creation/deletion)
ClickUp	– Real-time for status changes (via webhook) – Once per day for other task updates
Monday	Once a day
