points<\/strong> (where work starts and ends)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These mappings power key analytics such as <strong>throughput<\/strong>, <strong>cycle time<\/strong>, and <strong>Estimated vs. UI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Productivity Tools \u2192 Manage Boards<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Elegir<\/strong> at least one board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For each <strong>Issue Type<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reorder statuses<\/strong> (drag and drop)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Set Status Kind<\/strong> for each status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toggle<\/strong> <em>Inception<\/em> and <em>Delivery<\/em> where appropriate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Continue \u2192 Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Status Order<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrange statuses in the order your work typically flows.<br>The <strong>first<\/strong> status should represent the earliest stage (e.g., <em>Backlog<\/em> or <em>To Do<\/em>).<br>Orders are automatically assigned in hands-on work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use <strong>Waiting (2)<\/strong> when work is paused or pending others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use <strong>Done (3)<\/strong> only when work is fully complete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inception (Work Start Flag)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Set <strong>Inception = ON<\/strong> only on the <strong>first status<\/strong> where real work begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Typical Choices:<\/strong> In Progress, Analysis, Development<br><strong>Do NOT set<\/strong> on Backlog or To Do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your workflow includes a <em>Discovery<\/em> or <em>Analysis<\/em> stage where effort is invested, you can mark Inception there.<br>\u2192 <em>Usually only one status should have Inception = ON.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Delivery (Completion\/Release Flag)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Set <strong>Delivery = ON<\/strong> only on the status that represents <strong>actual delivery or release of value<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Typical Choices:<\/strong> Done, Released, Deployed, Closed<br><strong>Do NOT set<\/strong> on intermediate states like \u201cReady for Release.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have multiple \u201cDone-like\u201d statuses, choose the one that truly means delivery to users or customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
